Barbara Johnson

Barbara Jean Johnson, 69 of Bowling Green died August 21, 2019 at the Medical Center. The Auburn, Ky native was the daughter of the late Newman Blackwell and Ruth Ann Powell Blackwell. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her children, Rabon Johnson and Samantha Johnson; a grandchild, April Rone and her sister, Gilda Sue Orange. Ms. Johnson is survived by her children: Amber Johnson and Xavier Johnson; her stepdaughter, Heather Johnson; grandchildren: Keaton Johnson, Elliott Borders, Cam Johnson, Aaron Johnson, Mallori Johnson, Kiah Grace Johnson and Kinleigh Johnson and one great grandchild, Kayden Watson. Other survivors include a sister, Lisa Aguirre, an aunt, Mary Johnson, her nieces and nephews: Sophia Goforth, Mason Aguirre and Cole Aguirre and her cousin, Sabrina Eller. A memorial service for Barbara Jean Johnson will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 3 pm in the chapel of Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with a visitation held at the funeral home from 1 pm until time of service.
