Born on June 12, 1929, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Beulah Rhea was known for her spicy personality, mischievous playfulness and always appreciating the gift of life each and every day.
Her thirst for knowledge and insatiable curiosity was evident, and her love for learning came naturally. She attended College High, Western Kentucky University, and Bowling Green Business University. She had a deep connection to the written word and found joy in reading, family history, and listening to music.
Her career at Union Underwear spanned 43 years, where she demonstrated exemplary dedication and commitment and made many lifelong friends. In addition to her professional pursuits, Beulah Rhea’s entrepreneurial spirit shone brightly as the owner of Hunt's Market on Boatlanding Road in Bowling Green.
Beulah Rhea had a profound love for animals and always made room for one more. Her beloved four-legged companions were deeply cherished and brought unconditional love and happiness to her life.
Beulah Rhea is survived by her brother, Tom Ennis; sisters Mary Belle Ballance and Mandane Ennis; nephews Wil Thomas Ennis and John F Ballance; niece Julie Ann Ennis: and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Mr. Frank Ennis and Mrs. Mary Belle Broyles Ennis; her husband, Bishop Anderson Hunt; and her brother, William Franklin Ennis III.
