Billie Jones

Billie Jones, 87, of Rockfield, KY departed this world and entered the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, October 8th. She was born on May 7th, 1936. She loved to travel to the beach and spend time with her beloved family and friends.

She is survived by three children and two stepchildren. David Jones (Shirley), Tony Jones, Desla Thomas (Troy), Rhonda Roye (Steve), and Jay Madison (Stephanie). She was known as Nanny to five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Brian Jones (Katie, Lydia, Zadie), Kattie Jones (Mayson, Lilly), Sara Levitt (Jamie, Julia), Merideth Wheeler (Josh), and Hayden Thomas (Ashton and Kate). She was the loving Aunt to several nieces and nephews.

She leaves behind her two cats, Disney, and Sandy, whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Martin Jones and Evelyn Rickel, her sister Dianne Ellis (Jack), and her beloved partner Larry Nanney.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Cone Funeral Home at 1510 Campbell Lane Bowling Green, KY 42104 on Saturday, October 14th at 5:00 PM. Visitation hours will be held from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
