Darrell Craighead

Darrell entered into eternal rest on Wed, Dec.6th.2023. Born to parents James and Lena (Manley) Craighead.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 54 years Marie Craighead.

Also preceding him in death are his older brother Gerald Ray and younger sister Lydia Ann Lancaster.

He is survived by his son Allen Craighead, close friend Robert L. Miller, and his most beloved best friend Buddy.

Also surviving are several cousins, nieces and nephews, close friends and extended family.

He never met a stranger and his kindness and generosity will live on with those who loved him and all that knew him.

Funeral Service to be held Monday, December 11, 2023, at Cone Funeral Home. Public visitation 10:00am- 1:00pm; Service starts at 1:00pm. Darrell will be laid to rest at Plano Baptist Church Cemetery after.
