Donald Self Sr.

Donald Wayne Self, Sr. of Bowling Green died November 20, 2018 at this residence. The Tilden, Ilinois native was the son of the late Delbert Self and Nina Mizell Self. Mr. Self was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Sue Self. He was a US Army Vietnam veteran and retired from General Motors. Mr. Self is survived by his children: Donna Hines (JT), Dawn Baxter (Mike), Angela Modglin (Robbie) and Donald Self, Jr (Kerrie). Other survivors include his brothers, Ronnie Self and Gene Self and his sisters: Joyce James, Judy Leming, Brenda Stamps, Yovenne Seymore and Lorie Hoock. The visitation for Donald Self, Sr will be Sunday, November 25, 2018 in the chapel of Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) from 2 pm until 6 pm. Funeral services will be Sunday at 6 pm with interment at Fairview Cemetery Monday, November 26, 2018 at 10 am. Cone Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
