Eduardo Serrano

Mr. Eduardo Luis Serrano, age 80, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023, at his residence.

The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home with arrangements.

Mr. Serrano’s wishes were to be cremated and there are currently no scheduled services.

Eduardo was born June 21, 1943, in Quito, Ecuador to the late General Luis Eduardo Serrano and the late Alsacia Serrano. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Pilar Serrano, a sister, Susana Serrano and a brother, Guillermo Serrano and his dog, Tattoo.

He is survived by his daughter, Cecilia Serrano of Bowling Green, KY; son, Diego Serrano of Miami, FL; grandson, Jonah Serrano; sisters, siblings, Gloria Serrano, Ivan Serrano, Monica Serrano, Fernando Serrano, and Juan Serrano all of Quito, Ecuador.

Eduardo was active in the Catholic Church, helped charities and was an advocate for Marginalized Children and the rights on senior adults. He loved economics, painting, going for walks, his garden, sports, but mostly his family. He worked and retired in Miami, FL. He and his wife grew old together in Quito, Ecuador before both passing in Bowling Green, KY.
