Fonda Dale Parker, born on December 8, 1953, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2026, in Louisville, Kentucky. She was a beloved mother, sister, and grandmother, whose presence will be profoundly missed by those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Fonda dedicated her life to raising her two outstanding sons, O'Shea Parker and Tyron Parker (Shelby), as a single mother. She was immensely proud of them, nurturing their pursuits in education and athletics. Her dedication to family was unwavering, as she firmly believed that family was everything, and instilled values of loyalty and compassion in her children.

In addition to her roles as a mother and sister, Fonda took great joy in her grandchildren, Penelope and Percy Parker. Meeting them became one of her proudest accomplishments, enriching her life immeasurably. Fonda also cherished her relationships with her sisters; she and Sandy Turner were best friends, and she shared a special bond with Donna Harlow (Bill). She maintained close ties with several nieces and nephews, who fondly remember her kindness and support.

Fonda was known for her caregiving spirit. She provided loving care for her mother, who battled Alzheimer’s disease, demonstrating her compassionate heart. Her willingness to help others, regardless of race, education, or status, was a testament to her generous nature.

In her leisure time, Fonda indulged in her love for gardening and enjoyed watching Hallmark movies and shows from her childhood. A sports enthusiast at heart, she delighted in engaging with various sports, sharing that passion with her family.

Fonda was preceded in death by her parents, Chloe Mary Belcher and Paul Edward Belcher, and her sisters Paulette Joseph (Ronnie), Patricia Dykes (Patrick), and Mary Ann Belcher, as well as her brother-in-law Ricky Turner. Their memories live on in the hearts of her surviving family.

A funeral service celebrating the life of Fonda Dale Parker will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., with Pastor Steve Ayers speaking, at Cone Funeral Home, located at 1510 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green, Kentucky, 42104, and a gathering afterwards.

Fonda's legacy of love, compassion, and dedication to family will be cherished and remembered by all the lives she touched.
