Freda H. Henry

Freda Hendricks Henry, aged 83, peacefully passed away on June 18, 2026, in Bowling Green, KY. She was preceded in death by her devoted parents, Wynola Hendricks Tucker and James David Hendricks.

Freda leaves behind a loving family: her sisters, Ann Holtzworth (Dave) and Gayla Wester; her children, Jon Gregg Henry and Beth Pate (Bob); and her cherished grandchildren, Jon Henry, Gavin Henry, Matt Pate (Ashlyn), and Ella Pate.

Freda dedicated her life to education, serving as a schoolteacher and earning multiple degrees from Western Kentucky University. She was passionate about philanthropy, actively creating mats for the homeless with Hotels Inc and contributing to various charities. Above all, she treasured her role in nurturing and supporting her grandchildren.

Her memory will continue to be a source of inspiration and love.
