Gerald Yates

Gerald Wayne Yates, 73 of Bowling Green, Ky died August 17, 2019 at his home. The Warren County native was the son of the late Shirley Yates and Laverne Buchanan Yates. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was retired from Holley. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Sue Yates. Mr. Yates is survived by his children: Joshua (Shalia) Yates, Angela Beltran, James (Terri) Yates, Jeff Yates and John Moss; his grandchildren: Tony Beltran, Hunter Beltran, Cierra Yates, Tiler Yates, Mikayla Devore, Kayia Yates, Kathleen Sorrell, Seth Yates, Jessica Yates, Michelle Moore, Brandon Moss, Nick Moss, Peyton Moss and Ashley Moss as well as other grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 5 pm in the chapel of Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with a visitation time with family and friends from 4 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
