Gladys Andrews

Gladys ""Spanky"" Marie Hale Andrews, 61 of Franklin, Ky died February 25, 2020 at Greenview Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky. She was born in Milan, Tn to the late Milton and Effie Hale. Spanky graduated with her GED. She loved taking care of people, her grandchildren, crafts and singing. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Leela Oden and Cathy Huffines and her brother, Earl Hale. Ms. Andrews is survived by her ex-husband, Milton Andrews; her children: Christopher Andrews (Bridgett Leonard) and Courtney Forrest (Randall); her grandchildren: Branson Andrews, Hayden Andrews, Miley Schutte, Emily Schutte, Jackson Schutte, Landon Forrest and Lydia Forrest as well as her sister, Evelyn Covington. Other survivors include 11 nieces and nephews, her friends: Jimmy and Mary Choate, Donna Smith and Karen Schutte and her favorite cat, Bobby. Memorial services will be held on March 7, 2020 at Byram's Chapel Church, 8878 Byrum Chapel Road, Portland, Tn at 3 pm. A visitation time with the family will be held at the church from 11 am that day until time of service.
