"Bubba"

"Bubba", age 50, of Flat Gap, Kentucky, formerly of Rocky Hill, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 at Paintsville ARH.

Born August 16, 1975 in Glasgow, Kentucky, he was the son of Juanita Jackson Compton and stepfather Dennie Adams Compton of Flat Gap, Ky. In addition to his parents, Bubba is survived by his siblings, Teresa (Gary) Sagraves of Flat Gap, Kentucky, Tonya Garcia (Wes) of Lucas, Kentucky, Jamie (Ralf) Fernandez and Tim (Stacey) Compton of Rocky Hill, Kentucky; a special niece as a sister, Jessica (Jerry) Ross of Flat Gap, Kentucky. He is also survived by several wonderful nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a great niece; aunts, Lorri Poe and Peggy Perdue; uncle and several wonderful cousins also survive.

He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, William and Helen Jackson, paternal grandparents, Mary Siddens and Charles Adams, uncle, Kenny Jackson, aunt, Carolyn Arms and a great niece, Cheyenne Ross.

Friends may visit Cone Funeral Home on Sunday evening January 18th, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again on Monday, January 19th, prior to the service from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

 Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. with Joe Causey officiating. Burial will follow at Bowling Green Garden Cemetery.
