James Richey

James Timothy Richey, “Timmy,” of Bowling Green, entered into rest on May 28,2023 at The Hospice House of Southern Kentucky. He was born on June 3, 1962, in Barren County to the late JC and Barbara Richey. He is preceded in death by his great niece, Amelia. Timmy was a member of Ray’s Branch Church of Christ in Bowling Green. Timmy loved his family, friends, and pets. He also enjoyed playing basketball with the children of his neighborhood and was a true lover of Classic Rock ‘n’ Roll. Timmy is survived by his sister, Teresa Miller (Gary) of Smiths Grove; niece, Ashley Miller (Carl) of Bowling Green; nephew, Josh Miller (Brandi) of Gulf Breeze, Florida; great nieces, Jaci, Raelyn, and Adalyn; great nephews, Rylan, Jayden, William, and Adam. To honor Timmy’s wishes, no services will be held, but a Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a future date. Expressions of sympathy may take form of contributions to The Hospice House of Southern Kentucky or The Bowling Green/ Warren County Humane Society.
