Janet Thurman

Janet Lynn Thurman, 60, of Bowling Green, KY, was born on July 12, 1961, in Indianapolis, IN, to the late Guy and JoAnn Goodrum, and died on January 28, 2022, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by one child, Jodie Jones; and one brother, Tommy Goodrum. She is survived by her significant other, Tim Cox; three children, Jason Gann, Jennifer Thurman, and Rhiannon Thurman Kramer; eight grandchildren, Austin Gann (Amanda), Jalynn Gann, Brooklyn Manning, Baylei Manning, Breel Manning, Jaxson Minnix, Jace Minnix, and Cameron Hunter; and one great grandchild, Addyson Gann. She is also survived by one sister, Diane Morris (Butch) of Scottsville, KY, and one brother, Ronnie Goodrum of Bowling Green; and several nieces and nephews. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Ln) with arrangements. A public visitation is scheduled for Monday, February 7, 2022, from 5 p. m. to 9 p. m. at Cone Funeral Home and again on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, from 10 a. m. to 12 p. m. with the funeral service to begin at 12 p. m. After the funeral service there will be a procession to Bowling Green Gardens Cemetery (820 Lovers Ln) for a brief graveside committal service and burial.
