Janice Yates

"Jan" Yates was born December 3, 1942, in Louisville, KY. She spent most of her life in San Antonio, Texas. She was a voracious reader with a keen interest in all things. Jan loved purses, Elizabeth Taylor, jewelry, history, the music of Janis Joplin and Barbra Streisand, Kentucky, rainbows, Yorkies, and would have run away with Brad Pitt given the chance. 

Jan was always ready for adventure and is remembered as a generous, kind soul. She is survived by her daughter, daughter-in-law, and a large family who she loved so much.

In lieu of flowers and cards, we request donations be made to an animal shelter/rescue in her name.
