Jeffrey was a cherished member of his family. He is survived by his father, Lloyd Rowe; his siblings Sandra, Larry (Linda), Lloyd (Cheryl), James, and Marlene (David); as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Loretta, and his siblings Linda and Bill.
