Joan Carter

Joan Marie Carter, 63 of Franklin, Ky died September 27, 2020 at Greenview Hospital. The Noblesville, In. native was the daughter of the late Guy and Virginia Jackson Wise. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rick Carter and her daughter, Katie Jo Carter as well as her sisters: Brenda and Nila. Mrs. Carter is survived by her children: Casey Garcia (Jericho); Ashley Wissing (Justin); Randy Wise (Jessica) and Jacinda Johnson (Jeremy); her grandchildren: Seth & Ryan Gregory; Daichi & Kayla Garcia; Gavin & Jake Adams; Hunter Mitchell; Taylor, Tyler, Kaya and Jada Johnson; Chyna, Zack, Shawn and Lily Wise. Other survivors include her sister, Sherry Findell and her brother, Don Wise. A celebration of life for Joan Marie Carter will be held October 2, 2020 at McKendree Chapel Church in Franklin, Ky.
