Joseph Adams

Joseph Adams, 70 of Bowling Green died February 19, 2020 at the Hospice House of Southern Ky. He was the son of the late Gerald Adams and Ester Marinos Adams. He worked 33 years in the steel mills of West Virginia and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Follansbee, West Virginia. Joe loved his children, coaching, the Dallas Cowboys and old western shows. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Estelle Adams. Mr. Adams is survived by his companion, Diana Ausbrooks of Bowling Green, Ky; his son, Joseph Adams Jr (Erin) of Washington, DC; his daughter, Barbie King (Shawn) of Mingo Junction, Oh; a stepson,Jeremy Dawson; his brothers: Gerald Adams, William John Adams, James Allen Adams, Robert Thomas Adams and Ronald Adams. Other survivors include his grandchildren: Dalton Ausbrooks, Mackinzzie Ausbrooks, Clayton Ausbrooks, Jr. , Gracie-Jo Ausbrooks, Nevaeh Gosnell, Justice Ausbrooks, Jaksun Ausbrooks and Addilin Ausbrooks; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and his best friend, Mike Donohue. Funeral services for Mr. Joseph Adams will be held on Monday, February 24, 2020 at Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with visitation to be held from 2 pm - 6 pm at the funeral home.
