Joy Higdon

Joy Evelyn Higdon (Wood), Age 72, of Bowling Green, KY passed away Wednesday, July 8th, 2020. She was born on August 31st, 1947 to Jack and Edith Wood of Hays, KY. She was the sole proprietor of Joy's Family Hair Care. She is survived by her son TJ (Brandy) Higdon and two Grandchildren: Andria Higdon and Jacob Higdon; two sisters: Jackie Shaw and Sandra Thomas; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 50 years Joseph Daniel ‘JD' Higdon, her parents Jack and Edith Wood and sister Nancy Jo Brooks. There will be a private graveside service.
