Judy Carol Shaw, age 69, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2026. She was born on December 3, 1956, in Burkesville, Kentucky, to the late Pearlie Mauldine Vibbert and Royce Elton Vibbert.

Judy was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Betty Towe; her siblings, Gary Wayne Vibbert, Linda May Cox (David), and Larry Dale Vibbert; and her grandparents, James and Mattie Lowhorn.

She is survived by her children, Brenda Dunning and Terri Michelle Woods; her siblings, James Dale Vibbert (Beth) and Brenda Faye McCoy; and her grandchildren, William Tyler Dunning (Haley), Jay Dillon Tabor, Brandon Michael Dunning (Brittany), Emberlyn Manley, and Landon Woods,. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Jayden Tabor and Millie May Dunning, who brought additional joy and love into her life.

Judy worked for many years as a waitress and bartender, where she enjoyed meeting and serving others. In her free time, she especially enjoyed making ceramics and creating things with her hands.

Judy's warm spirit, creativity, and love for her family will remain in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation for Judy will be held Friday, August 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with the funeral beginning at 1:00 PM; at Cone Funeral Home.
