We joyfully remember the brief and tender life of Lawrence Gene Essig III, affectionately known as Baby Larry. Born on December 10, 2025, in the warm and welcoming community of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Baby Larry brought immense happiness and hope to his family from the very beginning.

Though his time with us was short, passing away on March 28, 2026, also in Bowling Green, Baby Larry’s presence was a special blessing that filled hearts with love. He is lovingly remembered by his devoted parents, Lawrence Gene Essig Jr and Harlie Marie LeAnn Gabbard, who cherish the moments they shared with their little one. His grandmother, Jessica Keaton, holds his memory close, celebrating the joy he brought into their lives.

We also gently honor the memory of Erica Gabbard, a beloved grandmother who has passed on, joining the family in spirit as they comfort one another during this tender time.

Baby Larry’s story is one of love, connection, and the simple, pure happiness that a new life brings. Though his days were few, the warmth and light he gave to those around him will remain forever bright in their hearts.
