Lillian Moody

Lillian Inez Moody, 91 of Rhoda Ky, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2025 in her home surrounded by family.

The Edmonson Co. native was born Feb, 6 1934 to the the late Floyd and Violet Stice. She was preceded in death by her daughter Beverly Potter, a great great granddaughter Jordan Thomas, three brothers James Stice, Vernon Stice, and Carl Stice, a sister Brenda Nell Stice.

Inez married the love of her life James I Moody (JR), who survives, on Oct. 29, 1948. She was saved at a young age and a member of Silent Grove Missionary Bapt. Church. She was the owner of Inez's Bargains in Chalybeate. She was a homemaker a factory worker, and a farmer. She loved yard sales, Cardinals, and gospel music.

With husband JR, she is also survived by a son in law James Potter, 4 granddaughters Jennifer Scruggs, Gabby Proctor, and Tiffany Hughes(Mikey), Cecily Brown(Kevin) two grandsons Vic Moody and Chris Potter ten great grandkids and 3 great great grandkids.
