Michelle Lee Gardner

Michelle Lee Gardner, age 58, of Bowling Green, Kentucky passed away on October 25, 2025. Michelle is survived by her companion of 39 years, Elester Gardner, her sisters Tonia Washington of Bowing Green, Kentucky, and Jennifer Olson of Luther, Oklahoma, her 5 stepchildren, 3 nephews; Quinton, Hosea, and Anthony, 2 nieces; Dyshona and Lacey, 7 great-nephews, and 3 great-nieces, and her beloved dog Sandy. 

Michelle was born in Ohio in 1966, and has lived in Washington, North Dakota, Alaska, and Kentucky. Michelle graduated high school in Toledo, Ohio. Michelle worked in Alaska in the fishing industry for 10 years and eventually retired from Kroger. Amongst various careers she loved spending time with her family. She even enjoyed giving all her loved ones' nicknames. 

Michelle will be remembered for her generosity and kind words. She enjoyed retail therapy as well as the quiet days at home. She is preceded in death by her mother, Eileen Wright, and by her nephew Ricco Washington.
