It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Randal Lee Webb, 81 of Bowling Green, KY on December 27,2015, in Ft Myers Florida. A devoted Air Force veteran and retired Tooling Engineer. Randy’s remarkable life journey took him to Ohio, Tennessee, Texas and Kentucky as well as numerous overseas adventures. Randy’s retirement was a testament to his zest for life, filled with joyful moments in his garage, meticulously grooming his lawn and generously helping friends and family with repairs. He enjoyed attending car shows with his dear friend Billy Harris as well as hosting loved ones for cookouts, especially his signature ribs. Second only to his passion for life was his love for spending winters in their Ft Myers home, basking in the warmth of the Florida sunshine and cherishing time with his “snowbird” friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Era B Webb of Paintsville, KY, his sisters Louise, Helen, Lois, Mabel and his brother Fred. Randy’s legacy lives on through his loving wife, Kathy Webb (Miller, Kirgan), stepchildren Michelle Allen and David Kirgan, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and best friends Billy and Judi Harris, his beloved Shih Tzu Angel and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
