Richard Humphrey

Mr. Richard Humphrey, age 61, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away Friday, November 26, 2021, at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. Richard was born in Elizabethtown, KY to his late parents, James and Kathleen Humphrey. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Walker Humphrey. Richard is survived by 2 daughters, Ashley Bruce (Brandon) of Bowling Green, KY and Tamara Humphrey, of Bowling Green, KY; 1 son, Shane Gregory (Allison) of Scottsville, KY; grandchildren, Emma Bruce, Aubrey Bruce, Keaton Gregory and Kaylynn Gregory; ex-wife, Sandra Rager of Bowling Green, KY; brothers, James Richard Humphrey, Gilbert Humphrey, Michael Humphrey, and Jerry Humphrey all of Elizabethtown, KY and a sister, Mary Bennett of Brooksville, FL. Richard attended North Bowling Green Church of Christ, Hillvue Heights Church and New Life Church. He was a carpenter for most of his life and worked in concrete. He enjoyed working with his hands building things and working on cars. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with arrangements. A memorial service for Mr. Richard Humphrey will be Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Cone Funeral Home. The family will receive friends and visitors from 12:00 Noon until time of service at 2:00 PM.
