Robert "Bobby" Neely

Mr. Robert “Bobby” Neely, age 86 of Russellville, KY, passed away Monday, February 5, 2024, at his residence. 

The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home with arrangements.

Bobby’s wishes were to be cremated. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024, at 10:00am at Maple Grove Cemetery in Russellville, KY.

Bobby was born October 1, 1937, in Russellville, KY, to the late Ray M. Neely and the late Roxie Ann Anderson Neely. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Ray V. Neely. 

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Carolyn Sue Dunn Neely; children, Donna Robertson (Timmy) of Russellville, KY, Tony Crafton (Judy) of Clyde Park, MT, and Richard Crafton of Russellville, KY; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sally Price Neely; nephew, Bryan Neely (Samone) and niece, Susan Lynn Neely Blanchard.

Bobby was a member at Pearce Memorial United Methodist Church for over 75 years and was a dairy farmer. He also raised pigs, and grew corn, tobacco, and wheat. Bobby worked as a security guard for Auburn Hosiery Mills and had a love for fishing. He loved the Bible, UK Basketball, and overall loved being around people. Most of all, he loved his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
