Ruby Phelps

Ruby Jean Johnson Phelps, 75 of Bowling Green died March 4, 2019 at the Medical Center. The Logan County native was the daughter of the late Leslie BlueBill Johnson & Willie Mae Johnson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jay Phelps. Mrs. Phelps was a member of Glendale Baptist Church. She is survived by her children: Steven Douglas Johnson (Lisa); Wendall Stanton (Shannon); Lisa Evans and Mark Phelps. Her grandchildren: Bryan Stanton, Joshua (Ashley) Johnson, Chad (Brittany) Johnson, Tiffany Stone, Nathaniel Stone, Amber (Jonathan) Oller and Kristen Stanton also survive as well as 20 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday March 7, 2019 from 4 pm - 8 pm at Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) and again on Friday, March 8, 2019 beginning at 9 am. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon at the funeral home with burial in Fairview Cemetery. The family has entrusted Cone Funeral Home with arrangements.
