Sally Marie Lewis

Sally Marie Lewis, born on June 17, 1968, in Lafayette, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on August 3, 2025, in Hardyville, Kentucky.

Sally was a devoted wife to Matt Lewis, whom she married on September 3, 2011, in Hiseville, Kentucky. Together they built a life filled with warmth and joy, which was shared not only with each other but also with their children Joanie (Chet), Crystal (Matt), Keisha (Michael), Jackie (Jennifer), Randy (Samra), and John (Haley). Sally's family was her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with her husband, kids, and grandchildren. She adored her grandchildren: Haylee, Chet Jr, Matt, Mallory, Jacob, Gabriel (Turtle Jude), Alex, Aria, Cody, Alexa, Emily, Bryson, Aubree, Kannen, and Rebel.

Sally was a woman of simple pleasures who enjoyed long motorcycle rides with her best friends, Wally and Nicole. Her years were enriched by the laughter and companionship of those rides, and she deeply loved spoiling her beloved dogs. Her lighthearted spirit, caring nature, and unyielding love for her family will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.

Sally is survived by her husband, Matt; her children; her siblings, Lon Atwell (Charlotte) and John Pearson; as well as her many grandchildren. She was predeceased by her mother, Rosalee Pearson, and her grandson, River.

Sally Lewis leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and fond memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
