Sandra Wilson

Sandra Ingle Wilson passed away on June 10, 2024, after a long illness. Born April 27, 1941, in La Moille, Illinois, to the late Orvel "Pete" Ingle and Dorothy Kittleson Ingle. 

She graduated from Alexander High School in Iowa City, Iowa. She worked at Red Kapp in Russellville, Kentucky for many years before quitting to become a full time homemaker/farmer. She loved her family, all things sweet and the family dog, though she pretended not to. 

Along with her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her husband, Richard R. Wilson, her sister, Susan Hitchcock Mellor and her brother, Thomas E. Ingle. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Wilson Rathert (Timothy), her sister, Sami-Jaye Ingle, her grandchildren, Timothy "TJ" Allen, Rachael Allen Bess (Daulton), Joshua Rathert and Kelley Matthews. She had six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. 

A Celebration of life will take place at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 553 Ashmoor Avenue, Bowling Green, Kentucky, on Saturday, June 15, 2024, with visitation at 10:00 am and service at 11:00 am.
