Mrs. Sandra Fenlon, the wife of John Patrick Fenlon, passed away Sunday September 3rd, 2023, at their home in Bowling Green, KY. Sandra was born to Thomas Gothard and Clara Evelyn Elder on December 3rd, 1947. Sandra will be buried in Arlington National Cemetery
