Seth Peyton Sprouse, 47, of Bowling Green, KY won his battle with cancer on October 23, 2021, surrounded by love and strength. Though his roots were in Harlan County, Kentucky, where he was born on July 9th, 1974, he made his life in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He attended Warren Central High School, Western Kentucky University, and was a lifelong student of history, the cosmos, geology, and the arts. A constant contributor to the community as an artist of many mediums, he was best known for his contributions to the Bowling Green music scene. He was a member of multiple bands as a bass player, guitar player, singer, and a truly gifted songwriter. While music was a great love in Seth’s life, his greatest loves were his wife, Ara Nazem Sprouse, and son, Cyrus Aiden Sprouse, who survive him. In the words of Stevie Ray Vaughan, they were his true pride and joy. He is preceded in death by his father, Paul Dwight Sprouse, and is also survived by his mother, Barbara Sprouse, and brother, Justin Sprouse. A beautiful soul and warrior in this lifetime, the legacy he leaves is one of enduring kindness, infinite love, and light. To know him was to experience true friendship and to be loved by him was to be truly blessed. A loving husband, a devoted father, a best friend, son & brother, we give thanks to have been lucky enough to share this life with him. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Friday, October 29th, 2021 at Cone Funeral Home in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Visitation will begin at 3pm with services starting at 6pm.
