Thomas Wayne Baxter, 72 of Warren County died July 13, 2020. He was born in Ohio County to the late Rodney Baron Baxter and Effie Mae Goodman. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Linda Baxter; his grandson, Dakota as well as his brother and sister in law: Harold and Shirley Baxter. Thomas loved fishing, race cars and hot rods. His family liked to say he had a car addiction and a fishing habit. He is survived by his children: Rhonda Roberson (Jerry); Steve Baxter (Angie); Michael Baxter (Dawn) and Robbie Baxter (Alicia); 12 grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Baxter will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Cone Funeral Home (1510 Campbell Lane) with burial in Fairview Cemetery.
